Our go-to olive oil is always the bright and peppery Spanish extra virgin olive oil from La Tourangelle. It’s rich with juicy notes of ripe apricot, which pairs perfectly with our fruity unroasted dark chocolate. In this rendition, ground dates sweeten a 68% dark chocolate made with Zorzal Cacao beans. We blend that with olive oil, pour it into molds, then sprinkle a little bit of salt on top to make it all sing. This one melts like velvet on the tongue. It’s ambrosial, even. It tastes like a rich chocolate mousse.
